If you need to cancel the room reservation, please follow the procedure as below:
1. In the Rakuten Travel English website homepage, click the 「My Reservation」 link on the top of the page.
2. The sytem will jump to the page as below. Enter the “booking number” (which can be found in the confirmation letter) and “E-mail address”, and then press the 「Display」 button.
3. The system will display your booking rocord. You can cancel your reservation there.
【Tips】：The cancellation policy maybe various in different hotels. You can find the cancellation policy in the confirmation email.
