How to book a room in the InterContinental Hotels Group website

Room Reservation Steps

 

[Step 1] Access to the IHG website. Select: (a) the Country, (b) City, (c) Check-in date, (d) Nights of stay, (e) Number of guests, (f) Number of rooms; and then click the「Find Hotel」button.

 

 

[Step 2] The system will search and display the hotels that meet the conditions. Choice your hotel and then click the「View Room Rates」button.

 

 

[Step 3] The system will display the room type and the room rates. Choice your room type and then click「Reserve」button.

 

 

[Step 4] If you are already the member of the Priority Club, you can sign in here and use the member information to make reservation.

 

 

[Step 5] If you are not the member of the Priority Club, you must enter your information hereto make the room reservation, including your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

 

 

[Step 6] (a) If you want to join the Priority Club, check the checkbox beside the sentence “Yes, I want to start earning points towards free travel today!”. (b) Provide your credit card information, including the type of credit card, card number and expiry date. (Note: In general, full prepayment will be charged to your credit card after the booking is confirmed. In some case, room rates will be paid by cash or credit card when you check-in in the hotel.) (c) Enter your special request, if any.

 

 

[Step 7] Make sure the reservation information is correct and then check the checkbox beside the sentence “I understand that by selecting the confirm reservation button……” and “I understand that by selecting this checkbox……” to agree the terms and conditions and authorize payment through your credit card. Then click the「Confirm Reservation」button.

 

 

The system will verify your credit card and confirm the booking. A confirmation letter will be sent to your e-mail address once the booking is confirmed. Present the confirmation letter and your credit card when you check-in in the hotel.

 

 

Join the Priority Club

 

[Step 1] Access to the Priority Club registration website.

 

 

[Step 2] Fill in the membership information, including your country of residence, name, e-mail address, and create a 4 digit PIN number. (Note: the PIN number is used for login purpose, make note it for future use.)

 

 

[Step 3] Fill in your address. (Note: your membership materials will be mailed to you after your first stay with the IHG hotels.)

 

 

[Step 4] Check the checkbox beside the sentence “* I am at least 18 years old and lawfully able to accept these Terms and Conditions.”, and then click「Join Now」button.

 

 

After then, you will get your membership card.
